DOMESTIC SHIPPING

Delivery within Lagos takes 1-3 working days, while deliveries outside Lagos but within Nigeria takes 3-5 working days.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

All international orders are fulfilled by DHL so they are trackable. Delivery time for international orders is 5-7 working days after order placement is confirmed.

Return/Exchange Policy

Item(s) are subject to RETURN/Exchange/REFUND if Atuchewoman receives the item(s) with:

TIMELINE:

  • 3 business days from date of delivery for orders placed within Lagos.
  • 5 business days from date of delivery for orders placed within Nigeria but outside Lagos
  • 10 business days from the date of delivery for orders shipped outside Nigeria.
  • The item(s) MUST physically be in our possession within the above time frame for the item to qualify for an exchange or refund. There are no exceptions to this rule.
  • Exchange of items between the parent brand and sister brand can not be processed, only merging of order from both brands will be granted to avert double delivery charges.
  • -Exceptions: Items purchased/picked up and /or fitted in-store cannot be returned/exchanged/refunded
  • -Exceptions: Items paid for on the website can not be exchanged/refunded for (including unfulfilled orders). Fulfilled orders are eligible for an exchange/refund only if the item was delivered dented/damaged and is returned within the above stated timeframe.

CHARGES:

  • The customer is responsible for the cost of sending the item(s) back to Atuchewoman. For customers within Lagos, we can offer a pickup service at a cost. The pickup cost is the same cost of the initial shipping

METHOD OF REFUNDING:

  • Refunds are issued minus the cost of shipping via the same channel the item(s) were paid e.g. Cards, PayPal, or Bank Transfer.
  • A refund will be processed IF item purchased is out of stock.

PRODUCT CONDITION:

  • All items must be received unworn, undamaged, free from blemishes, and in it’s original packaging to qualify for an exchange or refund.
  • In the case that an item is received damaged, a refund or exchange will not be possible regardless of circumstance. The customer will be responsible for any shipping cost associated with resending it back to them.
  • SALE items or items bought with a discount code will NOT be eligible for a refund or exchange regardless of the circumstance. ONLY FULL PRICE items qualify for refund or exchange.
  • In the case of an exchange, the customer is required to pay for any further delivery fee required
  • The re-delivery fee is the same cost as the initial shipping fee charged

STOCKPILING

  • We do not accept stockpiling. However, we can hold the client’s package for 1 month only, After which we will no longer be held responsible for the whereabouts of the package. Refunds and replacements will not be granted.
  • Outfits picked up or purchased at the walk-in store are not qualified for a return or refund regardless of any reason. It is important to check outfits thoroughly before leaving the walk-in store.
  • All transfer payments at the walk-in store must be confirmed before the package will be handed over.
    We encourage card/POS payment methods to avoid delays.
  • It is important to confirm your size from our size chart before placing an order, as a refund will not be processed for a wrong-size order. Only an exchange can be made if we still have a replacement in stock.
  • Alterated or customized outfits in size/length will not be eligible for an exchange or refund.
